Young people are the future. We invest in them now.

HIANA (Hope In A New Age) is a registered charity based in Oldbury, Birmingham.

Our mission is to empower young people to become positive contributors to their community. We work with local businesses, schools, colleges and churches to provide programmes and resources that help young people develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Skills development

Real projects. Real experience.

Through our partnership with Sandwell College, students join us on placement and take on real responsibilities in digital marketing, photography, videography, product building, events and communications.

In 2024, 11 talented volunteers joined the programme. They left with a portfolio of work, mentoring from our team, and the confidence to take their next step.
