HIANA Charity Foundation is responsible for the personal information you send us through this website.

What we collect

If you use our contact or get-involved forms, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number and message.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to you and to arrange volunteering, partnerships or support you've asked about. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Donations

Online donations are processed by PayPal. We don't see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted, unless you become a volunteer or partner, in which case we keep your details while you're involved with us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hiana@hiana.org. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
